If you’re buying a home and need to move your service, or if you’re selling your home and need to disconnect or transfer service to the new owner, we’re here to help.
Before we can make any changes, please have the following information ready:
• The account number or address of the new service location
• Your closing or move‑in date
• Full contact information
Submit the form below if you are:
• Purchasing a home and moving into that property
• Selling your home and disconnecting service or transferring service to the new owner
To transfer your service, complete the form below. A customer service representative from the cooperative will then contact you.
Need to start new service?
If you are building a new construction home or building or adding a new building on your existing property, use our New Service Request form.
A letter of credit from another electric utility is needed to determine if a deposit is required. If an initial deposit is required, it must be paid before service can be connected. The deposit is refundable after paying twelve consecutive bills on time.
